As a Customer Agent, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service in Italian across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
