Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to online media content, subscriptions, and platform features in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and billing concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
- Resolve complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.




- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in the online media sector.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online media, digital content, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
