Currently we are looking for:

PLM Architect

Location: Modlniczka, nearby Kraków

This is what your typical everyday life looks like:

- Responsibility for the overall technical architecture of the PLM solution across all modules, integrations, and system boundaries

- Translation of business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solution concepts using Teamcenter standards and architectural principles

- Definition of architectural guidelines and technical guardrails for development, customization, and extensions

- Technical evaluation of concepts, changes, and extensions, including impact and risk analyses

- Close collaboration with consultants, developers, and operations to ensure a consistent understanding of the architecture

- Support and review of complex implementations, as well as assistance with technical decision-making

- Ensuring non-functional requirements such as performance, security, stability, maintainability, and upgradeability

- Support of release, go-live, and operational phases from an architectural perspective, including error and root cause analysis

- Evaluation and implementation of process optimizations and new features

- Development of solution concepts and architectures

- Management of implementation processes and coordination of the implementation team

- Compliance with the work regulations and company policies and procedures





- Carrying out other instructions of the supervisor in accordance with the law and within the agreed type of work

Skills you need for the role:

- Senior, at least 5 years of experience in the field

- Studies in Information Technology, Business Informatics or similar, Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Theoretical knowledge and sound practical experience in the automation of business processes

- Basic knowledge of product development methodologies such as MBSE, V-Model, and CM2

- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)

- Theoretical knowledge and sound practical experience in configuring Siemens Teamcenter, including Active Workspace (e.g., BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets)

- Solid knowledge of agile development methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFE

- English: min. B2 (C1 is a plus)

- German: B2

- Knowledge of IT systems and programs:

- Configuration of Siemens Teamcenter incl. AWC (BMIDE, Workflows, Stylesheets, …) ; advanced knowledge

- Java Script, Siemens ITK; advanced knowledge

- Atlassian Jira, Confluence & git; basic knowledge
