For the season 2026 we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our Pool Grill Restaurant team.
He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Fulfil the operations on Pool Grill Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
- Take care of the mise en place;
- Support the Chef de Rang with service;
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations;
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
- Collaboration:
be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
- We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Commis de Rang;
- Start date: May 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
- Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
