Join our dynamic team as a Canvassing Manager and oversee a high-performing team focused on generating qualified leads for water purification solutions. We’re seeking a motivated individual with experience in lead generation and team management to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, and train a team of canvassers.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through various channels, such as digital marketing and partnerships with local businesses.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead qualification process.
- Manage and track the lead generation budget.
- Negotiate and close sales deals,



ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Explain contracts and terms to customers, providing clarity and addressing any concerns.
- Produce leads in the field with trainees

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in lead generation and team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
