About the role
We are looking for a skilled and guest -focused Bartender to join the team at a luxury 5 -star resort, located in the Lake Lugano area (Cima di Porlezza, Italy).
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high -quality bar experience, preparing premium cocktails and beverages, and ensuring excellent guest service in a refined hospitality environment. You will play a key role during aperitif and evening service, contributing to the overall guest experience of the resort.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, long drinks, coffee, and a wide range of beverages
- Take and manage guest orders in a professional and efficient manner
- Operate the POS/cash register system correctly
- Set up, clean, and restock the bar area
- Support bar service during aperitif and evening operations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and service standards
- Deliver a consistent, guest -oriented service in a luxury environment
