The candidate will be placed in the Front Office department and will learn to perform the following tasks:

+ Welcome and assist guests
+ Support room assignments and check-in/check-out
+ Manage reservations
+ Provide information and assistance to customers
+ Handle phone calls
+ Support in managing guest requests and complaints
+ Complete basic administrative tasks and records
+ Communicate with other departments to meet guest needs

**Requirements**

+ Good communication skills
+ Customer-oriented attitude
+ Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
+ Ability to work in a team
