Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
+ **Support guest services operations:** Coordinate department activities and support lobby and bell team members as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service
+ **Provide exceptional service:** Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
+ **Delight our guests:** Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience
+ **Prepare group documentation:** Organize and verify all paperwork, rooming lists, and necessary details to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage
+ **Support special projects:** Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
+ **Provide administrative support:** Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
