ppAt Fedrigoni, we are looking for a Cyber Security leader to drive and coordinate advanced cybersecurity initiatives across the Group. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program. /liliDrive high‑priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring coordination with the IT team, other functional areas, and suppliers. /liliDesign and implement secure architectures and controls for on‑premises and cloud environments. /liliAssess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks. /liliCreate and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators. /liliCollaborate with IT and Business teams to embed security by design in new projects. /liliEffectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders. /liliFoster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization. /liliDevelop and maintain policies and procedures. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field.



/liliAt least 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, preferably in international environments or consulting. /liliStrong time‑management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects. /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. /liliExperience with security‑by‑design methodologies, security architectures and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). /liliExperience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800‑53, ISO27001, ISO22301 and risk management. /liliFamiliarity with security tools and technologies: NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti‑SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM. /liliEnthusiasm for staying current with the latest Cyber Security trends and best practices. /liliRelevant professional certifications (ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) are a plus. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulh3Location /h3pVerona. /ph3Selection Process /h3pSelected profiles will meet the Group IT Security Manager, Group Head of IT Infrastructure Security, and Human Resources. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
