Cash Management Sales Officer - Senior Vice President

In this role you drive the growth of cash revenues for Citi Commercial Bank clients in Italy and oversee revenue realization across strategic initiatives. You will partner with product, sales, and RM teams to expand wallet share, commercialize new offerings, and deliver cross-regional opportunities. You’ll manage multiple client relationships, navigate senior management demands, and lead initiatives that strengthen Citi’s treasury and cash management solutions. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role with a clear focus on sustainable revenue growth.
- Grow new Italian Commercial Business and deliver revenue growth
- Drive strategic initiatives, new product commercialization and process rationalization
- Become subject matter expert for solution-based selling and mentor incoming talent
- Gain deep expertise in treasury and cash management offerings
- Lead sub-products/workstreams foundational to success
- Collaborate with management on strategy, planning and market expansion
- Evaluate issues and propose mitigations with alternative analyses
- Coordinate resolution of escalated client issues for optimal experience
- Track deal pipeline and ensure revenue realization across regions
- Partner with regional/global product teams to align client planning and deal progression
- Own cash deals from origination to execution with RMs
- Identify cross-regional client/industry opportunities and tailor solutions
- Lead initiatives to deepen client relationships and strengthen Citi brand
- Work with TTS teams to execute deals won
- Extensive commercial banking experience and cash management knowledge
- Proven track record of initiating, executing and growing complex client relationships
- Bachelor xysqume degree, potentially Masters degree
- Fluency in Italian and English; other European languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to influence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deliverables
- Knowledge of regulations, market practices and bank operations
- Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint and CRM systems; ERP awareness is a plus
- Ethical judgment and transparency in management of control issues
- Capacity to deliver long-term, trust-based advisory relationships
