Job Title

Junior IT Project Analyst/Manager

Role Summary

- Lead local IT initiatives focused on logistics systems and digital transformation.
- Coordinate carrier integration projects (EDI, API, SFTP) with logistics partners and regional headquarters.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HQ development teams and external technology vendors.
- Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor production issues and manage incident resolution with relevant teams.
- Maintain Cello TMS configurations and provide operational support when needed.
- Prepare project documentation, process maps, and user guides.
- Assist stakeholders across Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Customer Service.

Requirements

- IT system maintenance experience mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Italian.




- Solid understanding of logistics operations and processes.

- Familiarity with EDI/API integrations is an advantage.
- Project Management certification considered a plus.
- Strong expertise in logistics operations and workflow optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a practical, hands‑on approach.
- Capacity to perform effectively in fast‑paced, complex, and evolving environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Customer‑focused mindset combined with strong teamwork skills.
