Expectations are high, and growth is tied directly to impact. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliDesign, build, and deploy custom AI agents that handle MA tasks with the precision of a world-class analyst /liliArchitect the systems around those agents: orchestration, data pipelines, evaluation, and the infrastructure that keeps them reliable at scale /liliWork across the full stack: from researching state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to shipping them to production /liliTurn ambiguous, real-world financial problems into concrete technical solutions, alongside a team that learns fast and iterates faster /li /ulh3What we look for /h3pWe care about skill, not years of experience. What matters is real passion for AI and the drive to learn quickly, build fast,



and improve constantly. /ppYou're comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by hard problems, and focused on systems that work in production.
