Test Engineer – Diesel Engine Testing & Development

ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and support the development, validation, and certification of industrial diesel engines and emission aftertreatment systems. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliPlan, coordinate, and execute engine and ATS development and validation testing. /liliAnalyze test data, identify issues, and drive corrective actions. /liliManage test plans, technical reports, and project milestones. /liliSupport emissions, durability, reliability, and regulatory compliance activities (EPA, Stage V, etc.). /liliCoordinate testing activities with internal teams, suppliers, and external laboratories. /liliSupport new product launches and continuous product improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ulliKnowledge of diesel combustion, emissions, ATS systems, data acquisition, and calibration tools (AVL, ETAS).



/liliStrong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /liliExperience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar. /lili3-5 years of experience in diesel engine testing and development. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ulliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities. /liliEffective communication and collaboration in an international environment. /liliResults-oriented mindset, technical ownership, and continuous improvement attitude. /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 pCompetitive compensation package. /p pSalary range: €45,000 - €70,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and qualifications. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
