All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic investment projects across the European region—mainly in Casarile – Italy, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in every phase. You will be responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects and act as a key contributor to execute in time and budget. /p ul liLead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework /li liManage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European region, mainly in Casarile – Italy /li liDrive all project phases—from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start‑up, hand‑over and project closure, including lessons learned /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate /li liCoordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross‑functional teams,
