You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define strategies, negotiate terms, and oversee supplier performance. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Contract Strategy Management: /h3ulliDevelop and validate contract strategies, adapt templates to local conditions, and provide guidance on contractual matters. /liliPrepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial and technical terms, ensuring compliance with HSE, legal,



and company standards. /liliMaintain supplier and contract databases, monitor ongoing contracts, manage claims, amendments, and renewals. /li /ulh3Tendering Market Analysis: /h3ulliConduct market studies, pre-qualify bidders, define evaluation criteria, and manage invitations to bid. /liliPerform bid analysis (technical and commercial) and participate in award recommendations. /li /ulh3Collaboration Reporting: /h3ulliWork closely with DUET and TGP counterparts, attend committees and category boards, and report procurement initiatives. /liliLiaise with CP Methods for planning, statistics, and best practices. /li /ulh3Compliance Governance: /h3ulliEnsure adherence to company rules, HSE standards, and applicable legislation. /liliParticipate in audits and support legal/insurance teams in dispute resolution. /li /ulh3Site Missions: /h3ulliConduct periodic visits to EP affiliate in Basilicata to support contract activities. /li /ulh3Profil du candidat: /h3ulliDegree in Management Engineering (preferred) or related field. /liliMinimum 5 years’ experience in contracts and procurement within Oil Gas. /liliStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to multitask. /liliProficiency in SAP and MS Office; knowledge of contract law and procurement processes. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li /ulh3Informations supplémentaires /h3pTotalEnergies valorise la diversité, promeut le développement individuel et offre des opportunités d'emploi égales à tous les candidats. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
