- Ensure daily/weekly call with Customers to manage/escalate misaligned dates that have ability to impact business
- Provide Customers periodical reports as agreed and required
- Where able to get the required commitment from internal functions, ensure the issues are escalated in a timely manner to Fulfillment Lead to support a developed recovery plan to be shared with Customers
- Meet with the customers during in presence review
- Interact with other function to guarantee the right support and define priorities
- Operate on the system to release documents for shipments.

Essential Responsibilities

Required Qualifications





- Master Degree in Management Engineering
- Basic experience in Material Planning/Fulfillment roles
- Knowledge of SAP and Office
- Fluent English and Italian
- Team worker
- Good oral and written communication
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
