Holidu GmbH is seeking a Team Leader to manage a high-performing sales and account management team in Sardinia, with responsibility for acquiring hosts and growing the local portfolio. You will coach, mentor, and drive targets, while strengthening the Holidu brand in the region.

You will collaborate with the Head of Sales & Account Management to refine processes, support product feedback, and lead customer visits. A hybrid setup applies, with in-office collaboration and travel across the region.
