With a strong presence across Europe and a portfolio of well-established brands, the company continues to invest in digital transformation and the expansion of its Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) business.

To support this growth, our client is looking to appoint a
Europe E-commerce Key Account Manager
who will play a pivotal role in accelerating online sales across key European markets, with a particular focus on Amazon and other major e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic e-commerce accounts across Europe, with a primary focus on Amazon.
Drive sales growth and profitability across digital channels in Italy, France, Germany, and Spain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace partners and online retailers.
Develop and execute joint business plans with Amazon and other strategic e-commerce customers.
Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, market share, and profitability, implementing corrective actions where needed.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments within the SDA category.
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and local sales teams to ensure successful execution of online initiatives.
Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotional activities, and digital content across e-commerce platforms.
Support the implementation of the European e-commerce growth strategy.
Prepare business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce Sales, or Digital Channel Management within an international environment.
Extensive hands-on experience managing Amazon at a European or multi-country level.
Strong track record of delivering growth through online marketplaces and digital sales channels.
Solid understanding of the European e-commerce landscape, particularly within Italy, France, Germany, and Spain.
Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
Experience working in cross-functional and international organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
Fluent English is essential. Additional European languages are an advantage.
