You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. /ppFocused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
