p We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and coordinate our Technical Department. The successful candidate will oversee all engineering and technical activities, ensuring the efficient design, development, and industrialization of products and systems. p Working closely with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Lead, motivate and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers, designers and technical draftsmen. /lili Coordinate and supervise the design and development of products, systems, and customer projects. /lili Ensure compliance with technical regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements. /lili Collaborate with the Sales Department in defining technical specifications and supporting proposal preparation. /lili Support Production during industrialization activities and technical problem-solving processes. /lili Manage technical documentation, ensuring drawings, manuals, and related records remain accurate and updated. /lili Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality performance. /lili Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote technological innovation across the organization.

/li /ulp Requirements /pp Education Experience /pulli Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. /lili Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role. /lili Previous experience within the plant engineering/industrial systems sector.
