In this role you will own the end-to-end savings product, shaping strategy, pricing and delivery to drive growth. You will work within an Agile squad to optimize the customer journey and ensure a competitive, compliant offering. You’ll translate business needs into IT requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impact. Expect to influence product performance and foster data-driven improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Own and evolve the savings product roadmap aligned with business and funding objectives

- Design and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell, retention)

- Define and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitability

- Monitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations





- Improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels

- Translate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working

- Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations

- Support backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolution

- Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking

- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements

- Collaborate on global initiatives and share best practices

- 3+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis xysqume or project management in financial services

- Strong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus)

- Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoring

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure
