His/her task will be to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility of railway products designed and manufactured by the Company. /ph3Position in the Organisation /h3pbOrganisation Reporting /b /ppHierarchical to the Site Train/Traction System /ppFunctional to the PrEM and to the EMC Chief Engineer/EMC CCN Leader /ph3Network Links /h3pEMC Core Competence Network /ppTenders, project, engineering, manufacturing, validation teams /ph3Missions /h3pbResponsibilities /b /ppAccountable for : /pulliTo enforce the EMC design and manufacturing rules /li /ulpResponsible for : /pulliTo prepare during tenders the clause-by-clause of customer Specifications and the associated cost estimates. /liliTo write within the framework of projects the EMC Transverse Requirements Specifications (identification of EMC requirements and allocation to sub-systems) and the EMC Control Plans (from the EMC requirements, definition of EMC activities, deliverables, design requirements and EMC tests). /liliTo verify the design of products : general architecture, layout of subsystems and electrical interfaces, HV/MV/LV cabling.



/liliTo prepare the EMC test specifications (Lab and/or Field Test Plans). /liliTo verify the EMC test specifications and reports from subsystems suppliers. /liliTo perform/support the EMC tests on test bench and/or on site and to provide the associated test reports. /liliTo constitute at the end of projects the EMC Compliance Files. /liliTo solve EMC problems encountered on projects. /liliTo participate to the definition/development/improvement of guidelines, process, design rules, reference solutions, return of experiences, design review checklists, templates of project documents, test specifications, simulation tools, test instrumentation. /liliTo propose and to carry out EMC RD actions. /li /ulh3Job Specifications /h3pbKnowledge Experience : /b /pulliEngineering School with specialization in EMC if possible /liliPreferable 2 or 3 years experience in the EMC domain /liliSources of electromagnetic disturbances and electromagnetic phenomena. /liliEMC standards. /liliEMC testing (Test procedures / Test instrumentation / Practice of testing). /liliEMC numerical simulation (Tools / Practice). /liliEMC management of project /liliEnglish conversational/writing/reading advanced level. /liliAutonomy, proactivity, reactivity, ability to communicate, to convince, to synthesize, to share information and experience within the EMC Network. /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
