(have been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2001). /p h3General Description Of The Role /h3 pThe Group FPA Senior Specialist, Global SC Analytics Insights, plays a pivotal role in transforming financial data into actionable insights across the global Supply Chain organization. The role is focused on enhancing COGS and COGP transparency, identifying key performance drivers, and developing scenario‑based analyses that support strategic and operational decision‑making. By combining advanced analytics with a deep understanding of Supply Chain economics, the position enables Finance and business leaders to make informed decisions that drive performance. /p pThe role acts as a center‑of‑expertise contributor, supporting standardization, automation, and the evolution of FPA SC analytics capabilities at global level. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pThis role builds and evolves the global Supply Chain FPA analytics toolkit (COGS and COGP bridges, scenario models, and KPI dashboards) to improve cost transparency and enable faster, better decisions. /p h3Analytics Insight Generation /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain analytical models to explain actual COGS performance and forecast its evolution, including drivers such as pricing, mix, productivity, inflation, foreign exchange, and operational inefficiencies. /li liDrive simplification and transparency of COGS frameworks through standardized methodologies and consistent analytical practices, while supporting the COGS Transformation initiative. /li liMonitor and analyze inventory positions to provide insights on working capital, stock levels, and supply chain performance. /li liLead SGA reporting and performance tracking for the Supply Chain function.



/li liContribute to global diagnosis initiatives by highlighting root causes and improvement levers. /li /ul h3Scenario Modeling Strategic Analysis /h3 ul liBuild standardized financial models for simulations and strategic scenarios (what‑if, make‑or‑buy, cost inflation, footprint, capacity). /li liProvide scenario‑based insights to support decision‑making under uncertainty. /li /ul h3Performance Dashboards KPIs /h3 ul liDesign and enhance global dashboards and KPIs to track Supply Chain and COGS performance consistently across regions. /li liMaintain clear KPI definitions and report logic across regions, functions, and reporting layers. /li liSupport leadership reporting by turning analyses into clear visuals and concise takeaways. /li /ul h3Data Quality, Standardization Automation /h3 ul liHelp define and govern data models, KPI definitions, and analytical standards for Supply Chain FPA reporting and analytics. /li liWork closely with Reporting Analytics teams to accelerate automation and reduce manual, Excel‑driven processes. /li liAct as a key reference point for the best analytical practices within Global FPA Supply Chain. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to align analytical outputs with business needs. /li liSupport Finance leadership in preparing materials for senior management, performance reviews, month end closing and strategic discussions. /li /ul h3Key Relationships /h3 h3Internal /h3 ul liGlobal FPA Supply Chain leadership /li liSupply Chain Operations (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Planning) /li liGroup / Corporate FPA /li liIR CF teams /li /ul pExternal: external consultants and providers /p h3Experience Required /h3 ul li4-6 years of FPA and/or data analytics /li liExperience in FMCG preferred /li liStrong exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, COGS, or Operations‑related analytics /li liPeople management skills are a plus /li /ul h3Education / Professional Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics/Business Administration /li liFluency of English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus /li /ul h3Functional /h3 ul liAdvanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities /li liStrong understanding of cost structures, COGS drivers, and operational finance /li liAdvanced Excel skills (power query and power pivot are a must),
