COME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) near Mestre who has the drive to improve processes, passion for excellence, and enthusiasm for developing solutions.

In this role you will:

-

- Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;

- Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers;

- Manage and support process improvement projects;

- Implement and monitor KPIs;

- Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;

- Manage continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;





- Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

The ideal candidate

-

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;

- At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;

- Good knowledge xysqume of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;

- Good knowledge of the English;

- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;

- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;

- Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
