ph3Context /h3 pWe’re looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision‑making at scale. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths) /li liMaintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials) /li liDesign and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations /li liDevelop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision‑making /li liStandardise processes, templates, and tools across regions /li liEnsure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth /li liSupport PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines /li liDrive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity /li /ul h3Key skills and requirements /h3 ul li7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations /li liExperience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments /li liStrong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design,
