It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.Senior PPC SpecialistAt Diesel, location Milan, we are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our E-commerce team, with deep technical and analytical expertise to drive and optimize paid media campaigns across global markets.He/She will report directly to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.Main responsibilities:Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and CriteoLeverage Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage, automate, and optimize large-scale paid search campaignsMonitor key KPIs, develop in-depth performance reports, and provide strategic insights on campaign performance, customer journey, and ROASCollaborate closely with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate paid media into omnichannel marketing strategiesConduct A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and campaign performanceSupport the development and execution of paid media strategies for new international markets and audience segmentsBuild and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaborationDrive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and introducing new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectivenessRequirements:At least 6 years of experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns within agencies or established, complex organizationsStrong proficiency in Search Ads 360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager,
and Programmatic Advertising platformsExperience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag ManagerPrevious experience in the fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industry is highly desirableStrong analytical mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret and work with large datasetsFluent English is required; native or professional proficiency in Italian is a plusLocation:Milan (MI)Compensation & Level:CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°Salary range (gross annual): €40.000 - €45.000Variable incentive plan: 10% of gross annual salaryThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
