ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPossesses overall responsibility for maintenance schedules and repairs. /li liRecommends, develops, and implements equipment enhancements to improve availability, capability, and yield. /li liEvaluates equipment modifications and collects detailed data; analyzes data and reports results. May write equipment maintenance procedures. /li liPerforms equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance. /li liTroubleshoots and diagnoses difficult and infrequent equipment problems. /li liProcures replacement tools and parts for manufacturing operations as needed. /li liAssists with in‑house design and fabrication of equipment; may obtain quotes, install new equipment and train colleagues on proper use. /li liIncorporates and ensures safety observances are met, including use of all PPE by colleagues, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits, etc. /li liSets day‑to‑day operational objectives for the team and ensures that company policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed. /li liPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liTypically possesses a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3-4 years of relevant experience. /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liDemonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liPossesses a technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, instrumentation,
and computer systems. /li liPossesses experience assembling and disassembling equipment. /li liDemonstrates ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems. /li liDemonstrates excellent project management and planning skills. /li liDemonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team. /li liDisplays excellent leadership skills. /li liStrong communication skills in Italian and a B2 level of English. /li /ul h3Compensation Range /h3 pThe pay range for this position is 45.700,00 € - 77.700,00 € annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between 50.000,00 € and 60.000,00 € annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
