ph3Project Manager – Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of the design and fit‑out of multi‑sited projects /li liLiaise with multiple stakeholders from the client and customer teams including property services, designers, contractors, FM and building management and security consultants /li liLead the coordination of the design of the customer fit‑out against the client’s design guides and constraints /li liDeliver projects, commissions and professional assignments /li liAssuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player /li liMaintain effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient financial control /li liAssist with commercial management services /li liDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner /li liProvide support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects /li liRepresent the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting,



negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships /li /ul h3Project Manager – Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical delivery experience gained within the construction industry /li liGood technical writing, client‑facing and communication skills /li liWell‑organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well‑disciplined and commercially astute /li liA team player with a ‘can‑do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible /li liBSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent /li liExperience in the education sector environment would be advantageous /li liExperience of fit‑out projects /li liRisk management qualifications or experience /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer comprehensive benefits packages in all our global regions which have been specifically tailored to offer additional rewards to our employees from entry level to senior executives. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
