ph3Project Delivery Manager – Utility-Scale Solar PV /h3 pAn established renewable energy developer is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of a substantial portfolio of utility scale Solar PV projects. /p pWith a strong pipeline of Solar projects, you will play a critical role in taking projects from authorisation through to COD. While the portfolio also includes BESS and selected wind projects, the primary focus of this role is the successful delivery of large-scale solar developments. /p pReporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a high-impact position for a delivery-focused professional who can navigate complex permitting processes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive projects through to successful completion. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects from authorisation through construction to COD. /li liManage project execution across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. /li liCoordinate internal project teams and external consultants, contractors and EPC partners. /li liDrive secondary permitting activities, particularly grid connection approvals and associated stakeholder engagement. /li liBuild and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, utilities, grid operators and regulatory bodies. /li liMonitor project schedules, budgets, risks and delivery milestones. /li liResolve technical, commercial and permitting challenges to maintain programme delivery. /li liEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. /li liManage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of development and execution. /li liProvide regular project reporting and delivery updates to senior leadership. /li /ul h3Technical Skillset /h3 pThe successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge across utility-scale Solar PV project delivery, including: /p ul liEnd-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects.

/li liExtensive experience taking projects from permitting through construction and commissioning. /li liStrong understanding of secondary permitting and grid connection processes. /li liKnowledge of utility-scale Solar PV plant design and construction. /li liExperience managing EPC contractors and owner's engineer relationships. /li liUnderstanding of electrical infrastructure, substations and high-voltage grid connections. /li liFamiliarity with civil, structural and electrical interfaces on solar projects. /li liExperience coordinating procurement of major project equipment. /li liStrong project planning, scheduling and resource management skills. /li liBudget management, cost control and contract administration experience. /li liRisk identification, mitigation and issue resolution throughout project execution. /li liStrong knowledge of HSE, quality and compliance requirements for utility-scale renewable energy projects. /li liExperience using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is advantageous. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are an experienced project delivery professional with a proven ability to deliver complex Solar PV projects in demanding environments. /p h3You will ideally have: /h3 ul liSignificant experience within a renewable energy developer IPP, EPC contractor or similar project delivery organisation. /li liA successful track record delivering utility-scale Solar PV projects from authorisation through to COD. /li liStrong experience managing grid connection and secondary permitting activities. /li liThe ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a hands‑on approach to project delivery. /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging local authorities, utilities and external partners. /li liCommercial awareness and the ability to resolve complex project challenges. /li liA proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment. /li liExperience with BESS or wind projects would be beneficial but is not essential. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
