In this role you will support the industrialization of innovative wearable and smart electronic products from development to ramp-up. You will work with cross-functional teams to define robust production processes and ensure repeatable quality. You will optimize glue dispensing and bonding processes, drive trial runs and validation, and prepare handover documentation. This is a hands‑on role at the Agordo site, with international collaboration and a focus on scalable, efficient manufacturing. You will help shape next‑generation assembly capabilities and contribute to a global transformation in eyewear manufacturing.

- Set up and optimize manufacturing processes for new wearable and smart electronic products

- Define and validate process parameters, focusing on glue dispensing, bonding control, and assembly stability

- Evaluate glue deposition quality, detect deviations,



and adjust settings for repeatability and efficiency

- Support trial runs, validation, troubleshooting and ramp-up with Production, Quality, Equipment and Engineering

- Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and standards for production handover

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during industrialization phases, including training and projects abroad

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, Materials Engineering or equivalent

- At least 2 years in xysqume process engineering, NPI, industrialization or manufacturing process set-up in assembly or high‑precision production environments

- Knowledge of process set-up, parameter definition, process control and validation methodologies

- Experience with glue dispensing, bonding applications, adhesive control or similar assembly processes

- Ability to assess glue deposition correctness, identify defects, and propose process adjustments

- Analytical mindset, hands‑on approach and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams
