The Corporate Affairs,
Client Service & Transaction Management team plays a key role within Zenith Global. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for talented recent graduates or undergraduate students who are eager to gain hands-on experience through an initial Internship (curricular or extracurricular) within the Transaction Management Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate, determined, and enthusiastic about developing their skills while providing cross-functional support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Transaction Management team, the successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Supporting the execution process of new securitisation transactions, including information gathering and coordination with the relevant internal departments;
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational issues arising prior to transaction completion;
- Liaising with external counterparties and coordinating all pre-closing activities required for transaction execution;
- Monitoring the review of transaction documentation by external legal counsel and the internal Legal Department;
- Coordinating the contract signing process;
- Serving as the primary internal and external point of contact for technical issues arising before contract execution and, where necessary, throughout the lifecycle of the transaction, with a strong focus on client relationship management;
- Coordinating post-closing contractual amendments and transaction unwinding activities;
- Participating in internal and external audit activities, when required;
- Supporting the Commercial team in business development initiatives and marketing activities;
- Assisting the Risk & Compliance team with KYC-related processes and activities;
- Supporting the Structuring team in its day-to-day activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field;
- Interest in anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, compliance, and the financial services industry;
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Good command of English (B1 level or above);
- Previous experience (including internships) in AML/KYC or related areas will be considered an advantage.
