The right person has direct experience in vending, payments, convenience retail, micro-markets, retail automation, or adjacent operator networks. /p pFor candidates who can start immediately, there may be an opportunity to join the founding team in San Francisco for an intensive onboarding and company-building period at a prestigious accelerator. /p pbThis is an early role with significant growth potential for the right candidate. /b /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liBuild the commercial pipeline across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. /li liDevelop relationships with relevant operators, manufacturers, payment providers, distributors, retail groups, and location owners. /li liIdentify and secure early pilot opportunities. /li liLead senior meetings, demos, follow-up, and commercial conversations. /li liHelp convert interest into letters of intent, pilots, partnerships, and contracts. /li liBuild a structured CRM and partner pipeline. /li liWork with product engineering to translate market feedback into clear requirements. /li liSupport launch planning, field deployments, and customer success for early pilots.



/li liHelp define the future regional sales operations organization. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 p_ bDirect experience in at least one of the following is required: /b _ /p ul liVending machine industry /li liCoffee vending / office coffee service /li liPayments / payment terminals / POS / merchant acquiring /li liConvenience stores or convenience retail /li liUnattended retail /li liMicro-markets /li liRetail automation /li liSelf-service kiosks /li liFood service automation /li liOperator networks or route-based retail operations /li liStrong network in Italy, Spain, Portugal, or Southern Europe. /li liAbility to sell to traditional industrial and retail stakeholders. /li liAbility to understand conversations around machines, payments, inventory, telemetry, field service, and operator economics. /li liEnglish required. /li liItalian required. /li liWillingness to travel frequently. /li /ul h3Must Haves: /h3 ul liExperience working directly with vending OEMs, vending operators, payment companies, convenience retailers, coffee machine companies, or distributors. /li liExperience launching pilots for new retail or industrial technology. /li liExperience building a country or regional sales pipeline from scratch. /li liExperience with channel partnerships, strategic accounts, or hardware-plus-software products. /li /ul h3Success in the first 90 days: /h3 ul liYou map the regional market and identify priority partners. /li liYou create a qualified pipeline of customers and partners. /li liYou secure senior meetings with high-value prospects. /li liYou help convert at least one serious pilot opportunity into an agreed next step. /li /ul h3Success in the first 6-12 months: /h3 ul liThe company has active or contracted pilots in Italy, Spain, or Portugal. /li liThe regional pipeline is structured and repeatable. /li liYou are on track to become a local GM or regional commercial leader. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
