Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /p pWe are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in Engineering and proven expertise in Energy Management. /p pThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical, operational, and strategic management of the company's real estate assets, ensuring maximum efficiency of the facilities and sustainability of energy consumption. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTechnical Asset Management (Hard Facility Management) - Ensure the proper functioning of all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and civil infrastructure. - Plan and monitor ordinary, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. - Supervise extraordinary maintenance activities and building refurbishment projects. /li liEnergy Management Sustainability - Monitor and analyze energy consumption using Building Management Systems (BMS). - Identify, design, and implement energy efficiency measures to reduce the company's carbon footprint. - Manage the procurement of energy commodities and monitor performance against sustainability KPIs.



- Ensure compliance with all relevant energy regulations (e.g., Energy Audits as per applicable national directives). /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to Thales Alenia Space standards, procedures, and quality requirements. /li liPromote a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement within the team. /li liPrepare reports and documentation to support audits and internal/external assessments. Foster strong supplier management with a focus on performance, cost control, and contract compliance. /li /ul h3Professional Profile /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar). /li liDemonstrated experience (typically 7+ years) in Facility and/or Energy Management roles within industrial or technological environments. /li liStrong knowledge of facility systems, maintenance methodologies, and energy efficiency practices. /li liFamiliarity with local and international standards, energy regulations, and sustainability best practices. /li liEffective leadership and team management skills. /li liExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities. /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken). /li /ul ul liPermanent /li liExperience 6-11 years /li liCCNL Met/Ind B3 Category /li li€ 41.424,25 - 51.823,63 /li liVC: up to 8% /li liPerformance Premio (PDR) Up to 4.550€ /li liCIPI: up to 1.822€ /li /ul pThales Alenia Space sees space as a new horizon, helping to build a better, more sustainable life on Earth #SpaceForLife. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
