SAINT LAURENT Information Technology Manufacturing Manager
In this role you will lead the Industrial Tech Team to manage and evolve manufacturing-focused business applications, aligning IT with manufacturing needs from development to ship-out. You will bridge business and tech teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. Expect oversight of applications, integrations, and governance while pushing innovative solutions to scale manufacturing processes. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with global collaboration and clear impact on efficiency and compliance.

- Manage the lifecycle of manufacturing-focused business applications and related services
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Lead IT projects from design to deployment
- Proactively propose new solutions and innovations
- Manage internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners
- Ensure application performance, security,
reliability and compliance
- Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee integrations and data flows across enterprise systems
- Monitor service levels, project progress, budgets and risks
- Support testing, deployment, and change management activities
- Contribute to IT governance, roadmap definition, and technology strategy
- Diploma of IT expert or Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in the role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and product development processes xysqume
- Knowledge of IT Applications, ERP, WMS & Production Planning Solutions
- Knowledge of Stealth Platform and Logimoda is considered a plus
- Open to new technologies learning and innovation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in international and cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English – French would be a plus
