We would love to hear from you. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liLeads the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects as Team Leader /li liEnsures adequate distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams and oversees the workflow process /li liAssures and exerts of activities leading to effective cooperation with clients in the area of ICSR Management /li /ul h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liProviding support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company /li liLine Manages assigned ICSR staff /li liCreates and maintains project specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities (this includes optimizing procedures,
trainings and any other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency) /li liProposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead /li liManages ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support /li liReviews trackers and timesheet data and ensures accuracy /li liIs involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases /li liOperates as the assigned team SME and supports other SMEs /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pLife science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance /p pExtensive experience in pharmacovigilance within which demonstrated work experience in line manager role. /p ul liExcellent communication (written and verbal) skills /li liOrganization skills, including attention to details and multitasking /li liDelegation skills /li liPlanning and time management /li liTechnical skills /li liTeam working /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWhen you join Ergomed Group, you make a difference by helping to bring safe and effective pharmaceutical treatment to patients around the world.
