The role will support the financial management of the Parma plant, contributing to controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities. The position works in close collaboration with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate financial analysis and to support informed business decisions.ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly closing activities, including cost analysis and variance reportingStandard costs maintenance and calculationCollaborate with Operations to analyze financial impacts and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport internal control activities and ensure data accuracy and complianceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within controlling and reporting processesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration,
