This role will support senior finance business partners in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to various business units, contributing to sound decision-making and operational efficiency. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liAssist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. /li liSupport business units with financial planning, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. /li liDevelop and maintain financial models to analyze business trends and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and understand business drivers. /li liPrepare presentations and reports for management, summarizing financial performance and recommendations. /li liParticipate in financial closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools. /li liSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. /li li0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.



/li liPrior experience in auditing is considered an advantage. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. /li liDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. /li liKnowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. /li liFluency in English and Italian is required. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
