Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a multinational company, leader in designing and manufacturing of highly-engineered equipment for chemical, oil&gas;, and power industries, is looking for a:

The ideal candidate is a “service oriented” person and holds an Engineering degree or equivalent technical background and has at least five years of previous experience in a similar role related to the aftersales in the turbomachinery/reciprocating field or within Equipment Manufacturers/EPC Contractors operating in Oil&Gas;, Petrochemical or Power Generation markets.

The Sales Manager – Service Division will be responsabile for implementing and developing sales objectives and strategies of Service.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for:

- Increasing market share in existing markets and identifying new business development opportunities;

- Developing and implementing Service sales strategies and objectives for the Italian market;

- Establishing efficient sales processes, standards, and procedures in line with both company and customer requirements;





- Driving sales activities to achieve the agreed sales targets for both the country and the region;

- Promoting marketing activities with EPC contractors, end customers, and licensors;

- Identifying market drivers, trends, and business opportunities;

- Monitoring and analyzing competitors and market dynamics;

- Assessing customer operating conditions and technical specifications;

- Preparing and coordinating the technical documentation required to support commercial proposals;

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits;

- Developing customer trust and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

The candidate must be proficient in English. A specific knowledge of rotating equipment is preferred. xysqume

Salary range: € 55.000 - € 65.000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, with premio and company car included.
