Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility. /ppAs a Project Manager you will be managing the execution of medium-size projects or project portfolio and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual arrangements, quality standards, health, safety environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. /ph3How you'll make an impact: /h3ulliManage the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. /liliDefines, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans. /liliEnsures that the project follows execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Ensure consistent reporting through project reviews with management team. Captures, study and shares lessons learned and best practices throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. /liliEnsures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual arrangements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. /liliActs as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. /liliEnsures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.



/liliAccountable for ensuring compliance with applicable external internal regulations, procedures guidelines. /li /ulh3Your background: /h3ulliEngineering Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with strong technical foundation. /liliA minimum of 8 years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects, including on-site construction experience in multinational environments. /liliProven expertise in Electrical Systems (TD, Power Generation) and familiarity with major Italian utilities (Terna, Enel, Edison). /liliSkilled in managing projects under diverse contractual frameworks (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public and private sectors. /liliFluent in English and Italian, proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project. /liliHighly organized, proactive leader with experience coordinating multi-site teams and driving results; willing to travel internationally (≈25%). /li /ulh3More about us /h3pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
