Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition acrosscurrent and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility. /p pAs a Project Manager you will be managing the execution of medium-size projects or project portfolio and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual arrangements, quality standards,health, safety environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedulecommitments. /p h3How you'll make an impact: /h3 ul lipManage the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating andmonitoring internal and external resources to accomplish alltasks and milestones. /p /li lipDefines, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans. /p /li lipEnsures that the project follows execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.Ensure consistent reporting through project reviews with management team. Captures, study and shares lessons learned and best practices throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. /p /li lipEnsures that the project consistently applies contract and claimsmanagement, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual arrangements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. /p /li lipActs as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. /p /li lipEnsures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies. /p /li lipAccountable for ensuring compliance with applicable external internal regulations, procedures guidelines. /p /li /ul h3Your background: /h3 ul lipEngineering Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with strong technical foundation. /p /li lip5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects, including on-site construction experience in multinational environments. /p /li lipProven expertise in Electrical Systems (TD, Power Generation) and familiarity with major Italian utilities (Terna, Enel, Edison). /p /li lipSkilled in managing projects under diverse contractual frameworks (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public and private sectors. /p /li lipFluent in English and Italian,
