With international exposure and frequent travel across EMEA, this is your chance to leave a meaningful mark on the future of SHPCF! /p h3Why This Role is Exciting /h3 ul liTake ownership of product strategies and portfolio development in SHPCF categories. /li liPartner with the most iconic beauty brands to align innovative solutions with market demands. /li liThrive in an international, fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams. /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 pbClient Strategy Promotion: /b /p ul liPartner with the Business Development team to uncover and execute growth opportunities. /li liPromote innovative SHPCF products by understanding client portfolios, brand positioning, and goals. /li liBuild lasting client relationships, organizing and managing promotional activities like client meetings and tailored presentations. /li /ul pbProduct Portfolio Strategy: /b /p ul liDefine and execute strategic plans for product positioning and portfolio development across SHPCF categories for internal collections. /li liAnalyze portfolio gaps and lead the creation of market-aligned product solutions. /li liFacilitate brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and enhance product strategies. /li /ul pbMarket Insights Trends Forecasting: /b /p ul liAnalyze new product launches in the market,



identifying gaps in the portfolio and future-forward innovation ideas. /li liMonitor global and regional trends in beauty, fashion, design and social media, to shape innovative strategies for SHPCF. /li liCreate and coordinate complete trend analysis opportunities reports. /li /ul h3What you Bring to the role /h3 ul liBeauty Industry Know-How: Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, personal care, fragrances, or the wider beauty and cosmetics market. /li liStrategic Marketing Experience: A background in strategic marketing, brand management, product strategy, portfolio management, or business development. /li liAnalytical Mindset: Confidence in analysing market trends, product launches, competitor activity, consumer needs, and portfolio gaps. /li liProduct Portfolio Expertise: Experience creating product positioning, developing portfolios, identifying opportunities, and turning insights into market-ready ideas. /li liClient-Facing Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work closely with clients and internal teams. /li liLanguage Skills: Fluency in English is essential.
