Join us in Rome and be the person who keeps our groundbreaking trials running with precision – directly supporting the science that transforms lives.Your new roleAs a Clinical Trial Administrator, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials in compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. .You will support the local study team across all phases of trial preparation, execution and close-out, including documentmanagement, trial tracking, and coordination of study activities tomaintainhigh-quality trial delivery.As part of the Business Operational Unit,the CTAalsomanagesvendors andprovidessmoothpaymentsprocess.Your key responsibilities will include:Operational Support:Provideoperationaland administrativesupport across all phases of clinical trialsManage Trial Documentation and Compliance:Support set-up and maintenance ofelectronic Trial Master File (eTMF), includingInvestigator Trial Master File (iTMF)Study Start-upSupport:Support documentation preparation and submissionStakeholder Engagement & Communication:Ensurecross-functionalengagementand collaborationtosupportsmoothclinical trial executionQuality Oversight:Supporthigh-quality execution of trials and maintenance of inspectionreadinessVendormanagement:Establishand maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders related tovendor managementPayment Execution:Timely execution of clinical trial site payments,including tracking and monitoring of paymentsand resolving issues.Your new departmentIn Global Trial Portfolio (GTP), you'll be part of a department that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. To succeed in this role, you will bring:A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related fieldExperience in the pharmaceutical industry or a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) is strongly preferredComprehensive understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and ethical considerationsProficiency in using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and other digital tools to manage study documentation, track activities, and support efficient clinical trial operationsExpertise in managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth trial operations and timely completion of milestonesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities to address study-related issues and propose solutionsStrong attention to detail, integrity,
