ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the entire payroll process, liaising with HRIS and payroll provider as necessary (e.g. timesheets, payslips checks, personnel cost, TFR management etc.) /li liManage the HR operations processes and administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, smart working, medical checks, health and safety trainings, welfare, health insurances, buoni pasto etc.) /li liProvide advice and guidance to employees on HR and payroll related matters (responding to general inquiries) /li liIdentify ways to continuously improve policies and processes /li liEnsure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. Right to Work checks) /li liUpdate all employee records, digital and physical /li liMaintain and update the personnel database (new hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, maternity leaves, bonuses, salary increases, and other required information)
