ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. /p pYou will join a collaborative Finance team during an exciting phase of growth and process development. Your contribution will help strengthen our finance operations while we continue to build and scale our internal financial organization. /p pYou will play a key role in helping our Finance team manage accounting, controlling, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) activities while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRegister and maintain financial data within accounting systems. /li liSupport accounting activities using QuickBooks and Fatture in Cloud. /li liGenerate financial reports and assist with data analysis. /li liManage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. /li liReconcile financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.



/li liPerform financial checks and controls to maintain the integrity of accounting records. /li liCollaborate closely with the Finance team to improve processes and reduce operational workload. /li liSupport ad hoc finance and controlling activities as required. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a similar role. /li liStrong knowledge of QuickBooks. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li liExperience with transaction reconciliation, AR/AP management, and financial reporting. /li liStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAdaptability /li liStrong communication skills in English /li liProblem‑solving mindset /li /ul h3Employment Details /h3 ul liEmployment type: Full-time /li liContract: Fixed Term – tempo determinato /li liWork model: Hybrid /li liSeniority: Mid to Senior level /li liStart date: As soon as possible /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
