Together, we can shape the future. /ph3Job Description: /h3h3Purpose: /h3pEnsure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliPlan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance /liliReduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities /liliCoordinate maintenance team and contractors /liliEnsure compliance with HSE standards and procedures /liliMonitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)



/liliManage maintenance budget and spare parts /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliTechnical diploma or degree /lili5+ years in industrial maintenance /liliTeam management experience /liliStrong mechanical and electrical knowledge /li /ulh3Reporting line: /h3pPlant Manager / Operations Manager /ph3Compensation: /h3pThe base salary range for this role is €39.132 - €53.807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience.
