In this role you will act as the primary SME for Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies, guiding bioprocess development and scale-up. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and support commercial success through customer consultations, partnerships, and training. You’ll lead hands‑on development, troubleshooting, and thought leadership activities with R&D; and marketing teams. - Serve as the primary SME for Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies across batch and integrated bioprocesses.
- Design and execute hands‑on process development and scale‑up following self‑developed protocols.
- Process and analyze raw data to derive scientific recommendations.




- Lead scale‑down studies for troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients' technical teams, providing consultative and hands‑on guidance.
- Engage in thought leadership activities (industry conferences, webinars) and deliver trainings. xysqume
- Work with internal teams (commercial, R&D;, marketing) to meet customer needs and drive continuous capability improvement.
- Master or Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering or Life Sciences
- Experience in customer‑facing technical roles or scientific consulting
- Familiarity with scientific modeling tools for bioprocess optimization
- 5–10 years delivering technical presentations at industry events
- Knowledge of GMP and ICH guidelines
- Experience in Systems and Automation is a plus
