As a Medical Representative, you will interface with healthcare professionals (HCP) and retailers, within a specified territory, in order to compliantly drive recommendation / advocacy / prescriptions of these products for the HCP and to increase the sell-out in the Retailers. You will ensure proper communication with local colleagues and other relevant team members to better manage the business, and you will achieve goals within approved deadlines, while maintaining constant monitoring of KPI's. /p pbA day in the life of a Medical Representative /b /p ul liOrganize and carry out training activities for pharmacists with the aim of encouraging the sales of Nestlé Health Science products.



/li liProvide scientific information about the characteristics of products in the Nestlè Health Science portfolio to HCP and retailers. /li liSeek differentiation and collaborate as a consultant with pharmacists for the management of the categories covered in Nestlé Health Science portfolio. /li liRegularly visit HCPs/opinion leaders of the specified territory, responding to their needs and managing opportunities, objections and critical issues. /li /ul pbWhat will make you successful? /b /p ul liProficient in Microsoft Office and database usage /li liStrong negotiation and selling skills /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills /li liMedical Representative or Pharmaceutical Representative experience is a plus. /li liWorking in a multidisciplinary team with different types of HCP's /li liCompetent in presenting to large groups /li liExperience with the HCP's and the retailers in the assigned territory would be advantageous. /li /ul pbWhat we offer? /b /p pAt Nestlé we believe that success is driven by people.
