ph3Accessories Designer Product Developer /h3 pWe are looking for an Accessories Designer Product Developer to join our Product Team on a bfixed-term maternity cover /b contract, starting as soon as possible and running until the return of the current team member. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for creating, designing and developing Eton’s accessories product offer, in line with our brand vision, assortment strategy and visual goals. You will work closely with the Design Manager, Product Teams and suppliers to secure a relevant, high-quality and commercially strong accessories assortment for our target customer. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate and develop the accessories product offer in line with the visual goal and assortment plan, in close cooperation with the Design Manager and Collection Manager. /li liDesign and develop the soft accessories collection, including ties, pocket squares and scarves, with responsibility for new qualities, patterns, colours and seasonal expression. /li liDrive the product development process for accessories, ensuring that products meet Eton’s quality standards and approved design direction. /li liWork closely with suppliers on product development, pricing and execution, including costing follow-up and negotiation to support profitability targets. /li liOwn supplier follow-up on print, artwork and technical execution for accessories, including print strike-offs/tirelles, CAD colour matching, alignment of accessory prints with shirt designs when required, and definition and follow-up of logo and CC placements. /li liResolve technical issues with suppliers to secure final execution according to the approved design direction.
Ensure accurate and timely product information in the PLM system for all accessories. /li liCoordinate relevant information between Design, Product, Assortment and suppliers. /li liRepresent and live the Eton brand and company values in daily work and cross‑functional collaboration. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liA degree in textile, fashion design or a similar field. /li liExperience from working with design and/or product development within the textile or fashion industry. /li liStrong interest in accessories, textiles, fashion and high‑end product execution. /li liA great sense of style, colour, pattern, quality and detail. /li liExperience working with suppliers and following up on technical product development matters. Good understanding of print development, artwork follow‑up, colour matching and placement execution. /li liA proactive, organized and solution‑oriented working style. /li liAbility to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners. /li liFluency in English. Italian is considered a strong advantage. /li liGood working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office.
