You’ll have the opportunity to work within our IT team, supporting the operational excellence of our software applications and ensuring optimal performance for our organization. /p h3Your missions /h3 ul liConfigure and support production software applications /li liWrite and optimize basic SQL queries /li liDebug and resolve software issues /li liResearch, analyze, and recommend improvements for organizational use of software applications /li liCreate and maintain technical documentation /li liRecommend, configure, and administer software configuration/development changes /li liCollaborate with software vendors to resolve application issues, both short-term and long-term (root cause analysis) /li liResolve application errors and issues through periodic testing, help desk tickets, and other methods /li liCreate documentation related to software operations and support /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liKnowledge of application architectures (web, client-server, mobile) and application monitoring techniques /li liKnowledge of operating systems troubleshooting, with focus on Windows OS and Linux Debian /li liKnowledge of virtualization technologies,



especially VSphere VMWare /li liKnowledge of infrastructure operations and environment management /li liKnowledge of debugging and problem-solving in software environments /liliAcademic background: technical diploma or equivalent /li liItalian native or fluent.
