- Today, for its Plant based in Aprilia (LT), we have been asked to search for the Plant Controller.**The role** Expectations are to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to track performance and make optimal business decisions.
- Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Plant Controller will be responsible for: - Preparation and coordination of financial reporting requirements, including monthly and year end accounting.
- Analysis of costings and productivity/efficiency savings - product costings, cost rate setting, labour and overhead recovery, manufacturing efficiency.
- Sales & Margin analysis.
- Inventory Management.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Develops and manages budget for key departments.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of the overall Business Plan.



Assists in development of short and long-term objectives for the business. Engages and aligns the organisation to meet key objectives through effective implementation, planning, regular follow up and countermeasures.
- Seeks to improve, automate, and streamline current accounting and reporting procedures to maximize the contribution to the overall Corporate strategic and business goals.
- Maintains robust internal controls and ensures adherence to the corporate Policies related to Finance. Develops and implements local policy for financial control as appropriate.
- Assists with problem resolution and facilitates continuous improvement.
- Working Capital monitoring and improvement. **Requirements**: - Graduated in economics
- 2/3 years of experience in a similar role or as Auditor
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
- Clear, precise communication skills, written and oral
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Self-motivated, committed with strong work ethic
- English: good knowledge
